Cancellation
To cancel or reschedule your program, please email us with your request in writing.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 60 days of your scheduled rally experience will incur the following fees:

DIRT AFRICA DOES NOT PROVIDE CASH REFUNDS. All credited funds will be added to your Dirt Africa account as “account credit” and can be used for future programs or merchandise.
Standard Driving Programs

60 to 45 days: 10% of the program's retail cost per driver

45 to 15 days: 20% of the program's retail cost per driver

15 days to 48 hours: 30% of the program's retail cost per driver

Custom, Corporate, and Group Programs/Events

60 to 45 days: 10% of the program's retail cost per driver

45 to 15 days: 30% of the program's retail cost per driver

15 days to 48 hours: 60% of the program's retail cost per driver

If the confirmed number of seats/drivers decreases within 48 hours of the event, Dirt Africa will not provide refunds or credits. However, driver substitutions are allowed.
In cases of under-booking or weather-related issues, Dirt Africa reserves the right to reschedule participants to a new, mutually agreed-upon date and time. If a new date and time cannot be agreed upon, a credit will be issued to the customer’s Dirt Africa account for future use.
Dirt Africa occasionally offers promotional discounts. To receive the discount, purchases must be made during the promotional period.
